Most "missing" Robux Back from a recent order isn't actually missing — it's either still pending, or the order didn't qualify. Check these first, then submit a report at the bottom if you still don't see it.
After you shop, the store sends us a notification — usually within a few hours, sometimes a few days. Robux Back from that order lands in your dashboard as Pending.
Pending Robux Back becomes redeemable around 30 days after your order (the store's standard return window). If you see it on your earnings page, it's not missing — it's just waiting for the return window to close.
You have to click Activate Robux Back in the GrowRo extension before placing your order, in the same browser session. If you went straight to the store from search, a bookmark, or an email link without activating, the store has no way to credit your order to us — and we can't issue Roblox gift card credit for an order we weren't told about.
Look for the green GrowRo badge in the top-right corner when you visit a supported store.
Most stores don't pay rewards on a few common things:
Each store has its own list. Tap the store name on your earnings page to see store-specific details.
We'll look into it. We can only credit orders the store actually recorded — if there's no record on their end, there's nothing for us to issue a Roblox gift card for. But reports help us spot patterns and follow up directly when something looks wrong.
